Santhoshi Srikar began her acting journey at the age of eight, and by thirteen, cinema became her full time career. She performed diverse roles across Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada films, establishing herself as a lead heroine and versatile artist.

Her notable films include Jai, directed by renowned filmmaker Teja(Telugu), Jairam(tamil) in Tamil Produced by Industry Leader Radhika Sharath Kumar, and Unnai Charanadaindhen (tamil), directed by Samuthirakani, Okkadae (telugu) with grest actor Srihari, Honey Moon Express (kannada), Tenali Raama with all time fav star Jaggesh and Yuga (tamil). She has also appeared in films such as Baba, Maran,Bala,Asai Asaiyai, Veerappu,Ninaithalae, Bangaram, Anbae Anbae, Militry, and several other successful projects across South India.

On television, she gained wide recognition through popular serials like Ilavarasi, Arasi, Maragadhaveenai, Pondatti thevai, Vadagai veedu, Kalyani,23 Mahalakshmi Nivasam, Ammai Kaapuram, Vaazhkai, Anni, along with many other serials, anchoring programs, and reality shows over a span of 20 years.

What began as a unique concept space has now expanded to over 24,000 square feet across three states with five branches. The brand integrates boutique, beauty lounge, cosmetics store, banquets, bridal makeovers, academy, photography, catering, décor, and event management under one roof, supported by a dedicated team of 120+ staff members.

Through PLUSH Academy, she has trained over 40,000 students worldwide. Today, she is recognized as one of the leading makeup artists in India, known for her ability to create any style of makeup with precision, creativity, and excellence.
